On this home page, I'll introduce myself and talk about my reasons for wanting a web site. I might put a picture of myself on this page...or just a picture that I especially like.
I wanted a web site to help folks get to know me a little better. I have always believed that you can best discuss a subject when you have a bit of information. This is just a little information about me.
I am a country girl -raised in the Wallowa Mts. of northeastern Oregon. I believe in simple and basic values - honor, respect, truth, and courage. I expect people that I know to be honest with me, respect me, and have the courage to say what is truly on their minds. I try at all times to put the needs of others above my own - to let people that I care about know just that. I cannot hide my heart from people that I love and those who are important to me.
I have a deep reverence for wild things and wild places. I am not an eco-nut;
I just believe that nature and nature's own deserve our care.
I love to write of those things, too -and about the people and places I care for and the issues that are important to me. That is why there is a poetry page -so I can share part of me with you.
Finally:
May today there be peace within you. May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. I believe that friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.
